I was wondering, after NaNoWriMo and NaNoFiMo, is someone in here up for JanNoWriMo ? _________________

YES, 100 times over.
December just did not work for finishing this year's NaNo. And the NaNoWriMo/NaNoFiMo group makes for kickass motivation. I'm there. _________________ Author Website & Blog

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only on who caught a writing fever.
So, how you're novel is going on and what's your target number of word for it ? _________________

It's currently at 63,500, give or take 10 words. I'm pushing for about 80,000 or however long it takes to get it done. I am writing for publication and the problem is....procrastinating. It's effectively my middle name.
My thing is not so much wordcount as it is chapters at this point. I am wrapping up Chapter 10 of approximating...13 by time of completion. I'm just 1. stuck and 2. way, way busy in day job matters.
I do well with word challenges, though. _________________ Author Website & Blog

I don't know if you know that
http://writeordie.drwicked.com/
I find it useful against procrastination. The kamikaze mode starts to eat your word if you don't type, forcing you not to stop.
I will start editing my first NaNoWriMo novel for self publishing soon. I didn't even break it into chapter when I wrote it.
My second one is doing fine for the moment. I guess writing with friends is more motivating than writing alone, because we are always asking for the rest of each other novel. _________________
